There are too many joke answers available to make this a humor question, so I won't take that approach.

Try PMS, BP, Postpartum depression, poor diet, lack of sleep, lack of exercise.....the list goes on and on.

this could be anything! in my experience it's usually a serious trauma the person has experienced and hasn't gotten over. an old girlfriend of mine would cry during her sleep and wake me up. i found out through talking her through it she had been raped and still suffered from nightmares. depression is usually a sign of some kind of trauma the person has experienced and hasn't had closure on. you need to find out what the person is depressed about. once it's out in the open you can help her deal with it. if she bottles it all up she will never be fully happy. if she won't open up to you, have her see a psychologist or someone that is able to help her.

A few hours ago,I was working out,I felt motivated.
As soon as I started to give in research about my math phobia and thinking about how I need to face math in school on Monday,I begin to cry severely.

..Strange,but it happens.
