how do i start an ambulance service business?

I'm emt certified and I own 2 ambulances , I wanna know how and where to apply to get my ambulances working,either with the city or a hospital

well if you are starting a private ambulance company you solicit to old age homes, hospices, medical facilities, urgent care facilities, dialysis etc
most ppl taken to a hospital are via emergency ambulances and medics from fire houses
you can solicit hospitals but might be turned away

it depends on your town/state what you can do with your business
contact a few other amb co's and see what they do as far as where they get clients from etc

ie dispatched thru office for med transport only (pick up betty at 9 am for her dialysis and take her home)
or dispatched thru 911 fire and ambulance dispatch
