Yesterday morning for breakfast. Scrambled also - Love 'em! I eat eggs at least 3 to 4 times a week.

I am 29 years old and in my lifetime I have probably had about one bite of boiled egg in my life, it must have been from that bite that I have hated it ever since. I never have it in anything, salad, sandwich or poached.

The only way I manage to eat it is when its done a spicy omelette style with rice. Yum.....

Egg also doesnt like me- I get a sharp pain in my guts if I do try anything with egg-luckily I hate it.

BTW the recipe for spicy omelette:
Half an onion thinly slices.
4/5 chillies finely chopped.
Handful of coriander leaves.
Half a teaspoon of-chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, curry powder and turmeric powder.

Mix everything together with a pince of salt and one crushed garlic clove. Add 2 or 3 eggs and mix everything.

In a large frying pan add oil let it heat up, add the mixture, cook both sides for a couple of minutes cover with lid so it will puff up.

Serve with boiled fluffy white rice!

I always went to work on an egg,and bacon and sausage and mushrooms and fried bread---sets you up for the day and if you are working hard you need something substantial, but these days none of the others but i had an egg on Monday last. No cholesterol worries here

Yesturday morning after I came home from driving 100 miles (from my bf's house) sitting two hours in LA traffic (I know, I should've left the night before) at six o'clock in the morning. Once I finally reached my destination, had two eggs scrambled w/ an assortment of veggies. It was alright, but defiently couldn't finish it all before I had to drive another 20 minutes into work. ;|

None for me, I have a massive aversion to egg, or anything which has touched egg.
It's not an allergic reaction and I think it stems from being a kid when my brother tricked me into drinking raw egg ( he told me it was a new 'Soda Stream' remember them?)

About 10 a.m. this morning. My husband made me knock-offs of an egg mcmuffin the other night, so I heated one up.
