i want to tone round my belly and hips without losing my boobs or bum.... i also want to lose weight from my legs and face..... plus i have really bad skin ( spots)! can anyone help me and give me some advise on doing these things?!?!?!

lift weights and exercise and don't eat alot not much more to it than that. O ya when u do eat, just eat meat that is low in fat because it will help u develop more lean muscle mass.

eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. this will also help with your skin.
