We can conclude from Genesis 1st chapter that there are probably other planets made at the same time. Genesis 1:7 & 8 tell us that there are waters both above and below Heaven. Since we only see the waters that are below Heaven, which is on Earth, we can surmise from both the bible and scientific findings that other planets exist and the waters above the heaven are probably on those other planets. Genesis 2:1 tells us: "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them." So, here we see talk of heavens, as in plural, being finished in six days.

No one on earth has the answer to that question. Time as we know it was not applicable during the creations of the universes that God and His Son performed.
