My friend knows she has a pinched nerve and herniated discs in her neck, and has the exact same headache symptoms I do. She is unaware of at-home help. I happen to know my chiropractor-boss once adjusted my neck and the pain was instantly gone.
So, does anyone know of a way to resolve this? At the very least, even if I'm wrong about my diagnosis, you will be helping her!
Thank you.

Your friend should definitely see a chiropractor. That's the best treatment I can recommend. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

go see a chiropractor~ if you don't have insurance find one that is running a special on free x-rays and exam or one that doesn't take x-rays at all. Very Very easy to find~ it should cost you about $30. Nothing else will work~
