I live in Texas and most restaurants charge anywhere from $1-$2 for a glass of coke/tea. I think it's ridiculous. Especially, when it runs about $2 especially. Tea is so cheap to make and should be less than cokes but it's not. I usually just get water. Anyways, just me griping a little, any thoughts??

umm...i agree too...and its not only in the u.s either ...when i went to europe it was like 4-5 euros (which would equal like 6-7 dollars) just for a small bottle of coke- and no refills

I live in england and $2 (£1) is nothing! some places can go up to £1.50 ($3) for a can!

Also I work as a part time barman at a place where we will buy multipack 2L bottles of coke for about £1 ($2) each and will end up selling the contents for about £10 ($20), a pretty big profit!

my boss buys 'no name' teabags, roughly $1 per 100 and sells a cup of tea for $2.50, makes $250 for say $5 including milk and sugar?

i live in delaware. they give free refills where i dine, so i never complain about paying $1.50 for a drink that i can potentialy have refilled a few times in a meal.
