The Aljazeera and Fox?

Do you think Al Jazeera Internation (English Version) is or parallels to Fox news in terms of bias. I have been watching it for a few months now and i actually believe it is quite good, though they usually cover the arab or "Muslim" world, which is fair enough since that is where they HQ is.

I am very interested in where you can get Aljazeera Channel because the last I heard that the cable companies didn't want to provide it to the American public. (Please let me know, I have direct TV) From what I was told they show the Muslim world so people can see it from their point of view, not just what Fox & CNN want you to see.
