A stop with all the annoying, retarded, stuff like stop acting like a brat. it was a little bottle filled with water
B I am not yelling, i got distracted and accidently hit the Caps Lock botton
C. He deserved it, it was a tiny little toss and he just missed it by a little.
D. He has been acting annoying all week and he was like screaming at me because I didn't want the dog in my room and he wasn't sopposed to be in my room.
And just so you know, with answers like that, people are going to put your answer a low rating and obviously not going to give you Best Answer. Only good answers are allowed so stop putting these stupid answers on!

Okay so, from what I can tell.. EVERYONE that has posted before me completely missed the whole point of your question which is "HOW DO I CALM DOWN" ...LoL I will give you some advice for that, which is the real issue here.
I think you should go for a walk (take the dog maybe?), go chill outside, or take it easy inside if the weather is crappy. Listen to music, play on the computer, chat with friends...whatever makes you happy. I know its hard right now, but you need to focus on anything but the fact that your party may not be happening now. And later once you've calmed down you really should apologize to your dad for throwing the bottle at him. He's your dad and you love him right.. let him know and explain that it clearly was out of anger.
As for if he's going to let you have the party afterall, who knows? I don't know your dad and don't know how serious his "no" is LoL
If he doesn't let you have it as planned, don't freak..that'll just make it worse... You said you have all the stuff already so maybe you 2 can compromise and you can plan the party for a different day, you know...earn it back so to speak and you can tell your friends that you had to change the date of the party, but its still on...
Its not the end of the world, and you being so mad isn't healthy for you or your family. Chill out~ You get more bees with honey than with vinegar...get it?

No matter what you should respect your dad and never throw anything at him even if it was just a little bottle. Anyhow you should apologize for doing that and talk to him in a calm voice and tell him you've been looking forward to this party for awhile and you already got the decorations so can you please go ahead and have it. Try talking CALMLY and see what happens....Goodluck

wow! if I Ever threw anything at one of my parents I'd have worse then not getting a party taken away. Grow up a bit, apologize and a few days later talk to your dad about the party, but no more throwing, or any tantrum-like acts. If you don't get the party back then don't beg and don't get an attitude. Show that you're mature enough to get a party

OK. Let's get passed the "stupid answers". But, since you asked....your dad is right. I would have done the same thing if you were my daughter.
Oh yeah..... stop acting like a brat. You want to be treated like an adult, then start acting like one. Get over it and go on with the punishment!!!

Be really good, and well behaved. Just let it go. Good behavior might make him change his mind. If you stay angry with him, and show it, you're guaranteeing yourself a canceled party. So just chill, zone out to music, read a book, just relax. Things will work out. And apologize to him. Throwing that at him, was the wrong thing to do.

Um did you ever consider how mad he must've been when you threw that at him. That is abusive behavior and you should be apologizing. I wouldn't let you have the party either I'm glad your dad is standing up to you. Next time maybe you will control your temper.

First of all, press the "caps lock" button NOW! Stop yelling at us. Secondly, go to your father and apologize for acting like an infant.

Sometimes Parents tend to get out of control sometimes, just tell him that you've been planning this party for a long time and that it will mean alot to you if he'll let you have it, if hes still mad tell him to punish you in some OTHER way, where is your mom in this?? just talk to him

Quit throwing stuff at your dad.....!!!! GEEZ - is that hard to show some respect for a man who's helped to raise you?
If you wanted to be treated maturely and be allowed to have parties, then start acting mature!
