press save and then pick the location to save them to (like any other windows program) make sure you save the photos as .jpg or something otherwise only photoshop will be able to read the image (.psd).

If you want to add a picture to a document like a word file, in Photoshop, just click select>all then edit>copy. Open the document you want to add the picture to, right click and then choose paste and the picture will be pasted into your document

go up to file and hit save as drop down to your documents and name it

You need to do a "Save". Click "File" and then "Save as".
