My daughter has tiny patches of rash on random parts of her body. They are all smaller than a dime in diameter, with tiny little bumps. If they itch, I haven't seen her scratching, so I don't know. She has one on her collarbone, one on her tummy, her elbow, her thigh and her ankle. 2 are pink, 2 white, 1 is mixed. Now I think she may be getting more. Very strange. Any ideas?

Eczema - my daughter had quite a few - just little patches. The doctor called it discoid eczema and advised using an emollient - it went away.

I am sorry to say this but you have to take her to a doctor. Rashes are very hard to diagnose, even for the qualified sometimes, so for your peace of mind and her comfort and well being get her an appointment as soon as possible.
I'm sure things will be just fine, good luck to you and your daughter.

It's been hot. . .maybe heat rash, especially if you notice the majority of it in areas of the body that touch other areas. My daughter would get that. She also had severely dry skin, all over but the majority was on her cheeks. . .red discoloration with tiny bumps. The Dr. had to prescribe special lotion.

Sounds like eczema to me. My son has the same thing -- about a quarter-size patch of rough skin. Just put some Aquaphor or Eucerin on it if that's the case.
It could also be psoriasis or poison ivy (but that itches, of course).

Those sound like the typical places that eczema is on babies - my son had it really bad - it might be an allergic reaction to a food, so maybe watch and see if certain foods seem to flair it up more. Aquaphor & Eucrine http://www.eucerinus.com/products/hb_aho.html are what my dr recommended.
But it really helped more when I watched his food - tomatoes and milk seemed to be his trigger foods.

A rash maybe? Ask your doctor.
Your little girl will be fine. Put calumine lotion on her if you see if she acts at all strange. Ask around your neightborhood, anyone you trust. Don't worry.

take her to the beach...the salt will dry out the rash...You might think its strange but I recently went to the doctor and they told me the same thing.. have her in the water for as much as she can stand or want.
