I heard they got sued by AA for re-wording literature that went against AA.

I am a gay Christian and I don't believe that it should be considered a disease like alcoholism.

I don't have to have sex as often as I pray faithfully. So wouldn't that be more like being a republican than an alcoholic?

Lord DarkGoth - It's funny that you should mention it... I have read the Bible and can't find a single passage that condemns me.

Homosexuals Anonymous is ridiculous in my opinion. Anyone that is gay should be free to express themselves. The last decade or so in regards to homosexuals seems to have similarities to the beginning of the civil rights movement. Hopefully sometime in the near future, a gay person will not have to hide their sexual orientation. Their sexual orientation that they are born with, by the way. Homosexuality is NOT a disease. And, as far as the "gay Christian" thing. I'm a straight agnostic. However, I see no conflict of interest in being a Christian and being Gay.
Contrary to popular belief, the Bible does not condemn relationships between 2 men.

Gay=not a choice
Christian=a choice
Alcoholic=can be hereditary

Gay Christian...reminds me of that Jewish Nazi I used to know.

How can you subscribe to a set of beliefs that explicitly condemns you for being what you are born to be? Christianity--as well as most other religions--are incompatible. The only thing that would convince you otherwise would be a healthy dose of denial or delusion.

I'm sorry that your faith doesn't allow you to fully live as you were born to.
And isn't being a republican worse than being an alcoholic?
