So I recently had to get a new computer and it's asking me for the product key to get into MS 2007.
Thing is, I still have my 2003 copy here but it's not taking that as a valid product key.
Is there any way I can download the 2003 version so that this product key will work or do i have to buy the 2007 one? If so, are there any alternatives to buying it, i'm a college student who needs it but am willing to use the library if this is the case.

Hi,
You can remove the Microsoft Office 2007 and reinstall 2003 if u have the cd no problem otherwise try these links:
http://search.yahoo.com/search?search=download+office+2003&ei=UTF-8&fr=ks-ans&ico-yahoo-search-value=http%3A%2F%2Frds.yahoo.com%2F_ylt%3DAldjJWmpkrnAaqx0cjZksuQazKIX%2FSIG%3D11i5mi0tr%2FEXP%3D1187215468%2F*-http%253A%2F%2Fsearch.yahoo.com%2Fsearch&ico-wikipedia-search-value=http%3A%2F%2Frds.yahoo.com%2F_ylt%3DAsS3IRdxkQxcUik5NcY6HXcazKIX%2FSIG%3D121d7o0k9%2FEXP%3D1187215468%2F*-http%253A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FSpecial%253aSearch&p=download+office+2003

If u have the cd key then thats great other wise u r going to have to search for a crack for the software. Though it is not neccessary for u to use Microsoft Office. Why don't u visit:
http://www.openoffice.org
Here u can download this office 2007 replacement for free. The best thing about this is that its just like office with the same commands and stuff but free.

If u need any help contact me. Good Luck!

He's right. If you have the disk for Mic 2003 just remove the software for the 2007 then restart your PC and install the 2003 CD.

Many colleges offer Microsoft (and Adobe) software to students at a steep discount. My university has MS Office 2007 for around $25.00, for example. Check with someone in your campus computer lab, school bookstore or IT department to see if your school offers this discount.
