It usually means your body needs either iron or protein....up good sources of protein like fish, organic chicken, free range grass fed beef, & eggs. Good source of iron from meets as well. Be sure to eat some dark green leafy vegetables as well and you should not have those cravings....if you still do, eat the dark chocolate, organic, as it does have some health benefits....but tiny amounts, not the whole bar of chocolate! good luck and God bless.
