NO BUT THEY DO HAVE AN INTERESTING CIVIL DEFENSE PLAN...IF THEY ARE UNDER THREAT ALL CANADIANS WILL TRAVEL TO NOVA SCOTIA AND AT THE COUNT OF THREE THEY ALL YELL "BANG!!!!". THIS,IT IS THOUGHT.WILL CAUSE THEIR ENEMIES TO THINK CANADA HAS MADE THE FIRST STRIKE AND SO THE ENEMY WILL QUIT.

While they never had an independent program to build their own weapons, being a member of the United Kingdom, they had partnerships with England to hide and shield their secrets. Especially during the Second World War.
Much of the British advanced technology would up in the hands of Canadian government agencies and sub contractors.
It would not surprise me to find that the Canadians could have had every technical means to build a bomb if they were pushed to. They did build several high speed jets with the ability to deliver atomic weapons during the early years of the Cold War.

Well...Canada was a part of the United Kingdom until ... 1982?...and before that, the UK had nuclear weapons.
So, that's a definate kinda-sorta maybe.

No - only the US, UK, France, USSR, China, India, Pakistan, South Africa, and North Korea (ostensibly) have manufactured nuclear bombs.

nah, when we canucks get mad at someone (which is very rare) we drink lots of beer, eat some beans, drop our drawers, hold a lighter to our butt and aim at the annoying country
