It's impossible. Humans and dogs have different brains with different understanding of language. Dogs don't EVER grasp human language like humans do. This isn't to say they won't learn words; they will. If you're expecting to talk politics with your puppy, I'd hope you weren't looking for a debate.

Your dog doesn't only rely on your words to "completely understand you," dogs also read body language and scents.

I couldn't find anything on "Via Barks" when I searched...

The best thing to do is talk to your dog everyday in ENGLISH just like she is a human. You will be suprised at the words she will pick up on her own from just listening to you. Always use the same words when you talk to her like: go to bed, go potty, want a treat?, etc... Then when she gets older she can understand you and anyone else that talks to her. Dogs are not stupid and you will be amazed at how they pick stuff up. I think if you try to bark at her it will just confuse her as she will be learning things on her own anyway and barking back at her is just another thing she will need to learn. Keep it simple and fun. I have a pomerian that is 2 years old and I watch what I say around her because she understands me. If I say "walk" I better be ready to walk because she will be!!!

well i dont know bout via barks (probably a scam)
the real way u talk to ur dog is to look into ur dogs eyes. and make sure it understands u . say 4 instance u train it 2 give u paw. (shake) u look into its eyes and say shake or give me paw then put out ur hand , then pick up its paw and repeat urself SHAKE b firm when ur dog listens and understands u u say good girl in a friendly unusual happy voice and give her a treat. let her know she did good and pleased u. that's how i communicate with my dog she understands me. if we r in her pen outside and i c her goin to the door of the gate that tells me she wants to go outside (not only does ur dog need to learn ur signals but u need to learn hers) so the i say "Sassy ? u wanna go outside?" and she gets all happy and wages her tail. she knows what i said so i say " Sassy i dont know what u want tell me" or i say " sassy speak if u wanna go outside " the dog suprises me every time she'll bark and i reward her by tellin her what a good girl she is and i take her out of the pen.

i think after so long the dog remembers what u say and what it means so repeat ur self let the dog understand.

being that i have had sassy for 9 years now i dont even need to speak i just piont or make signals or look and she knows what i mean. for example i shrug my sholders and look at the front gate meaning do i wanna go outside i look at her and shrug my shoulders again like i dunno wha u want?

Dogs use very little verbal communicating. They KNOW who's top dog and follow him. If the top dog wants to disapline it's just a growl and quick snap. They just manuvour in front of the other to say, "I'm before you".
