Just tell her the truth..sometimes the truth hurts but its better than a lie. Why lead her on?? You have to do the right thing!

Just be honest and respectfull of her feelings, if you do something like avoid her to not have to deal with the situation then you will really hurt her feelings. Let her know nothing has changed and you're still good friends you just don't feel that way about her.
