The best thing you can do to lose weight is change you eating habits and WALK... WALK everywhere - Park far and walk. Walk at night - Walk on your lunch break... Walk all the time...
As far as motivation you have to find what makes you want to lose weight. For me it was simple. I hated being fatter. I want to be around for my son and I don't want to have a heart attack at 30... Overall everyone has their reasons you have to find yours. I have already lost a lot of weight and feel great... You have to want to stick with it for you not anyone else...
Good Luck!!

Jogging is a very good way to lose weight. I recently trained for a 5km run and I did this about 3 times a wk and i lost 1/2 stone. Its a quick way to lose weight and build muscle, trust me!

Here's what I did. I found a very sexy dress that I could only wear if I weighed less. I hung it in my kitchen near the junk food and put a picture of if in my wallet. I had to see the dress each time I wanted junk food and it made me think twice.
TO keep weight off I'm currently ballroom dancing. I don't think of it as exercise. I think of it as fun.
Find a sport; basketball, baseball; that you really like and do it because you're in for the fun, not the exercise.

walking is really good and it can be very relaxing. u could also try horse riding, swimming, tennis, football etc. do somethink that you enjoy that way you wont really know that you are exersing, coz ur be enjoying it and burning calories at the same time. the gym is the worst way to go on a diet as you get bored of it easily and lose all your motivation very fast.
Good luck :) x

I love life. I hunt ,fish, paddle my boat down the river.I like to swim and float down the river on tire tubes.I go camping and I also grow a garden. All of these things for fun after a week of working full time. Just do what us skinny people do and enjoy what the world has to offer you.
