I'm looking for a quite cheap used car
I was actually gonna buy at least over 2004
But unfortunately I don't have enough money to buy those
cars -.-. (I have about 6000$ so far)
Anyway I found one from a guy who used it for about 6 yrs.
The car name is 2001 Nissan Sentra XE and the milieage is 74000 and he wants 4500$

What do you guys think ? Is it pretty good offer?
Did anyone used Nissan Sentra before?

i own 3 nissans. the 2001 sentra has 350,000 miles on it and never needed any major repairs. 4500 seems about right as far as price. In my opinion, i would buy it. all 3 of my nissans (1993 altima, 1997 maxima, 2001 sentra) run better than any car i have owned and all are over 150000 miles.

the only thing to look for is if the previous owner abused the car and if they serviced it regularly. as with any used car Test drive it and get it checked by a mechanic you trust. Good luck.

I have a 1997 Nissan Sentra, and have had NO problems with it. It had high miles when I bought it, and now is up to 150K and still running like a champ. I have had to put in a new alternator but that is the only thing that has gone wrong with it, so I am quite impressed. It also gets pretty good gas mileage, so that it a definite plus. I would recommend these cars to anyone looking for a cheap good vehicle!!

I have a 2002 Nissan Sentra, but a 2001 Sentra shouldn't be much different.

I have a 2000 Sentra SE which has been extremely reliable and now has 69k miles on it. I've changed the starter on it and that's the only problem I've had.

$4500 for a Sentra with 74k miles seems a little high. I'd check out Kelly Blue Book online for a resale price range.

Actually the Sentra Is an entry level 4 door basic sedan and if it has less than 100,000 miles 4,500 you will not get hurt to bad. Electric windows and keyless entry still work? Special edition Sentras Have a few more features. Try to get a lower price and look at more than one..
