The easiest and fastest way is to take the GSP (Parkway) South to exit 102 B. That puts you on I 38 west and the enrance to I 195 west is only 1/4 mile after to exit the GSP.
It takes about 40 min to get to the Great Adventure Jackson Exit. I forget the number, But it is clearly marked and you can't miss it.

I-95S to Exit 7A (I-195E), then take exit 16B (CR-537 E) towards Freehold for .5 mi.
