Where? Where is this Divine intervention? Why do babies die? Why do masses of people die in war? Do you see any intervention?? How many Americans died in Baghdad today??Where was their intervention? And don't tell me it was God's will! If that is true, He definitely lacks mercy!

Divine intervention is cheating. It's called "deus ex machina" in literature and it is considered a bad plot device

It's a delusion, which is why we have never seen a limb grow back on an amputee. You can read similar stories in the Weekly World News, however.
