Whether you choose Scientology or abandon it is nobody's business but your own. It doesn't matter what others think. But since you asked, I believe in religious freedom, and would accept your decision either way and wish you the best.

I have my own ministry helping people coming out of cults. I support and empathize with anyone in that situation because it is not an easy task to reject the status quo you have known. I have an on-line support group for such ones. The link is on my Yahoo 360 page if you are interested.
I admit that I have mostly dealt with ex-Jehovah's Witnesses (of which I am) and, to a lesser extent, ex-Mormons. I have yet to work with a Scientologist, but would be thrilled with the opportunity because it would also be an opportunity for me to learn more about their belief system at the same time as helping by being a support system .
God bless.

Whoa, sorry, I thought you'd asked what we'd do if you became a Scientologist.... I was like "but you're already!"
Would I accept your decision? Yes, just like I would accept someone's decision to leave Mormonism or Jehovah's Witness, etc.

How does one "decide" on religion? My wife often says to me when discussing my skepticism about Christianity, "If that's your decision, then fine." Who decides on what to believe or not to believe? Her argument is that I should just "decide" to believe like she does just in case she is right so I won't go to hell. How can I choose to "believe" what I consider to be delusional thought? Either there is observable evidence or there is not. I've no choice in the matter. There is nothing to decide.

I'm not a detractor, but might accept Solarius' answer since he speaks of religious freedom.
Scientology speaks of religious freedom too, but I bet he didn't know that. Oops, foot in mouth....

This is your life and you can choose to believe what you like.
I'm Catholic and only because I choose to be one.
It's up to you so whatever you decide just try not to knock others for their choice, it'll make you a better person.

I honestly wouldn't care. I'm not being callow, just realistic. You in no way affect my life, so it's impossible for me to care about your belief choices. Good luck on whatever you choose.
