Yesterday I woke up sick mostly with a sore throat. I spoke with (could barely talk) and emailed my man during the day letting him know how horrible I felt. I decided to go to the Emergency Room/hospital because I couldn't eat or swallow anything.
My man never even offered to go with me. He did however call me and text me to check on me and see how I was doing. I found out later that night that he was hanging out at the park with his cousin.
Men if your woman was sick and at the hospital by herself would you offer to go with her or not?
I'm not upset with him but haven't returned any of his calls today because (1) my throat is still sore (can't talk) and (2) I figure if he really cared he would've come to see me instead of calling.
Should I tell him how I feel or just treat him the way he treats me?

Tell him how your feel.
Don't play tick for tack.
If he's not sensitive to your needs, then move on. You know what type of man you need.
Stop settling just to say you have a man. Get someone who knows how to treat you. Someone who's gonna at least bring you some chicken soup and orange juice when you're sick.
Wouldn't you have done the same thing for him?
He probably gave you mono anyway.
Write down all his pros and all his cons. If the cons outweigh his pros, move on.

definite of course, i'm a guy and with my acquaintances we do stupid stuff even in spite of the shown fact that we are toddlers. If someome is harrassing me i'm going to call combat (a woman could be mature and forget approximately approximately them or call the police) a guy remains a boy until he's 20, thats why they save swearing and asserting the notice peenis or balls and giggling. a woman is greater mature than a guy considering the fact that they have been toddlers, a boy could kick a e book and a women folk will examine it. Boys have brains like that and thats reliable because of the fact we've exciting in our existence appearing as boys and having reliable laughs. As ladies are scuffling with with one yet another, getting emotional and gossipping. And definite ladies mature quicker yet sometimes some boys mature an identical time too

I would move on. The fact that you were sick and he chose to hang out at the park instead of going with you to the hospital and did not make an effort to visit you personally shows he is a fair weather friend. You can not depend on him when you really need him. It is not a "man" thing. . . he was insensitive.

If you are sick enough to feel that you need to go to the ER, and reasonably guy would ask if you need help. (This is not true if you run all the time, and you are over-dramatizing your illnesses.) However, he can't guess what is in your mind, and if you really wanted him to come with you, you should have asked.
So, at this point, there is not much you can do except telling him what you feel like. In this way he will know what to do the next time.
Sometime, you have to tell people what you want, even if it seems ridiculous to tell people things that you think is obvious.

Well you have learned a great lesson on what your mans priorities are.If your not married than there is some 1 that would of brought you chicken soup an ice cream, Vick's, cough drops & flowers to make you feel better. Yes he should of went with you. Sorry for his nonconcern.??Hope your doing better soon?

A mature responsible man would have gone at the first possible moment to make sure everything was alright.
I believe that you should care for your partner and be there in times of need.

Tell him how you feel, otherwise it will eat at you. A man should be there when his woman is sick regardless of what plans he has.
I mean for god sakes you went to the hospital that means it pretty bad he should have been there for you

tell him how you feel...a relationship is all about each of you when. its more important for him to be there when your that ill. A relationship is one that a person is there when things are good but more importantly when things get bad. and by the way as the person before me wrote men dont read minds. well he shouldnt have to read your mind he should automatically drop what hes doing to be with you when needed the most.

He messed up, because he know that he should have went to the hospital with you and stayed with to make you feel more comfortable, as i would've done. so he put himself in the doghouse.
