i was out at the park all day today cuz my car battery just died in my brand new truck but any way ive been having this pain im my lower back scince about last night and today after my battery died i really had to take a p*** i just got home bout an hour ago and tried to go but could'nt ive been on the toilet for about half an hour trying to pee but cant my lower back still hurts now but the urge to go has gone away quite a bit and dont know why scince i haven gone scince last night i can also feel a slight pressure inside my low belly. im 19 if you need to know

Hi Rebecka. Yes, you can have a stone that gets lodged in the urethra, but this would be exquisitely painful.
Something potentially serious is going on in your urogenital system. If pressure builds up (because of a blockage) in the kidney, it can cause permanent damage. You should see your doctor immediately.
