Take her out with a pair of binoculars and show her Alberio (The gold and blue binary stars).
Show her how to find the major constellations and tell her the greek stories that go with them.
Take her out to see the Leonid meteor shower

Assuming she knows nothing about astronomy you could try to broach the subject with little facts thrown in here and there. How does astronomy relate to the world around us? NASA has been in the news quite a bit lately.
I think it's really cool that you are studying astronomy. It's a great hobby. What does she want you to do instead? I think any activity that involves using your head is time well spent.

First, remember that everyone is not into astronomy and it is not a real science. Many religious people dismiss astronomy and your aunt might be someone who real could care less about this due to her own belief system. I think it is best not to push this on her. You can make a small mention of this and if she doesn't bite leave it alone. Also, think of why it is so important for you to impress her? I think that is a question that should be pondered.

Why not just take her outside on some starry night and tell her the stories of how constellations came about in the ancient civilizations? Tell her the reason why the hottest part of the summer is referred to as "the dog days of summer." Tell her how mariners used to navigate by the North Star. I'm sure there are many fascinating stories you could impress her with. You can make stargazing fun. Do you have a telescope?

If it is a moonlit night, you could also throw in some moon info. . Phases of the moon, gravity, tides, etc. Maybe for a gift-giving occasion, or "just because," you could give her some star-shaped earrings, or an astrological calendar. They will help reinforce her memories of the "special" time(s) she spent with you.

That's such a shame that your aunt doesn't support your interest. Maybe you could tell her that astronomy is fascinating and you've learned so much. Ask her if there is anything she's ever wondered about astronomy and see if you can answer it. That would be impressive.

Take her out at night in an open area with a nice telescope and have her look through it.

Explain to her in layman's terms so she won't feel like she's listening to a scientist explaining something complicated.

My eleven year old loves astronomy and I was horrified when he was explaining about black holes out there.

It's fascinating, but it can be scary, so if she is older, be mindful what you share with her.

It's great that you would like to share your knowledge with her. She must mean a lot to you and she does not know how lucky she is to have a nephew who has that kind of knowledge.

Just simply take her out and show her what you know... and why it interests you so much.

I know it's hard to take the pressure of family not giving you approval, but honesty, if it's what makes you happy you should be content in just knowing it's what you are meant to be doing. I have spent the 24 years of my life trying to obtain my fathers approval... he is a successful entrepreneur in creating/owning private businesses. I have tried to follow his way in hopes of gaining his approval for the last 5 years of my life, only to finally realize I am not truly happy owning small businesses- what I truly want, and am happy doing is helping others, specifically children. Finally this fall I am going to pursue MY true desires, and become a teacher. Is he overly pleased? No. But it's what I am happy doing.

Just do whats in your heart and makes you happy. Best of luck to you. :)
