Can you be disqualified from the military if you have scoliosis (lumber scoliosis, @ an angle of 13°, and thoracic scoliosis @ an angle of 8°), and spina bifida occulta (@L5) (I just found out about a week ago)?

What about a hemmagomia on the head? I know it won't do justice, but I wrestled in HS and never have had any limits to what I can do.

Lumbar scoliosis of greater than 20 degress is disqualifying. Thoracic scoliosis of greater than 30 degrees is disqualifying. Spina bifida, if it involves more than one vertebra or has a dimpling effect is disqualifying. The hemangioma is only disqualifying if it is symptomatic or itchy and interferes with the wearing of military head gear or equipment. Given what you described, your conditions should prove no barrier to your enlistment.

An Army Doctor would have to make the determination if you're physical fit for service. However, based on the conditions you mentioned I strongly doubt you would be found acceptable, sorry!
