Yes but make sure it is fresh squeezed lemon juice and it works beautifully and has more punch than vinegar so expect that...

Yes - I often use fresh lemon juice. It adds a pleasant citrus taste.

Probably as they're both acidic. It will change the taste though. Whether it tastes good or not will probably depend on the other ingredients in the dressing.

Yes - it alters the taste a little, but in a good way. Makes it more citrus-y than vinegary.
