Right now I do not have "anyone" to run to. No love of my life or real bud to get me through, so I turn to the sea or the mountains. That contact with nature tends to cleanse and recenter me. No doubt it would be soooooo much better if I had someone to share the joys and pains with - I'm still taking resumes......{:>)

If I'm emotionally drained i turn to my best friend or my sister and we talk to each other while we eat our comfort foods. When I'm physically drained I'll dance to the radio for a few minutes. It either wakes me up or makes me tired enough to fall asleep.

Myself. When I feel drained, it's usually because of non-stop action, too little leisure and/or sleep. When I take a day to myself, I journal a bit, or just explore inwardly while soft music is playing. I find that I need more than a sleep for rejuvination. I need to have time to figure out what I'm feeling and remember who I am.

My friend usually, since she always knows how to help. As for being physically drained, I turn to sleep.

Myself.
I believe that I have within me, that which my God gave me to cope with anything.

I try to turn to others long before I get to that stage. But at the bottom of the ebb, I pull it out from inside.

Peace

I turn to the Absolut bottle! All kidding aside, I usually take a bubble bath, light candles, and read a really good book.

In this situation the best thing to turn to is to
rest, give it some time for your body to overcome
this situation by way of regaining emotional and
physical strength. By dear.
