I'm religious minded to a limited extent.

I feel it is a private privilege, a right & should start & end there

& not go any farther.

But some take Spreading their religion as their life's mission. It is not to my liking, to say the least.

What about you, Members of The Think-Tank ?

I'm all ears ( rather eyes!) !

I have always believed, and still do, that Religion is a private matter. I do not discuss my beliefs with anyone except my family and closest friends. I am not one that has a missionary bent and am out to convert the world to my way of thinking.

That is your opinion, and in a democratic republic you are entitled to it. I am also entitled to proselytize my religious beliefs in the free marketplace of ideas.

I do so because I am a Christian, and I am commanded by Jesus Christ to preach the good news to the ends of the earth. This is why Christians are missionary in their religious view, and not isolationist. We believe we have the one truth and that we would be remiss not to tell others about it.

Hope that answers your question.

No I 'm not one of those spreading religion. I know God but I'm not out there spreading stuff around. That's just not my thing. I can't see going and stuffing it down one's throat in the name of God. I agree with you as it's a private matter. Man I'm in the hearT of the Bible belt.. Thank Goodness I don't have them beating down my door.Or I might tell them where to go.LOL

I agree with you. I do not believe in flyers and phamplets or religious tracs.

I let my light shine by the way I live and the way I treat others. If someone wants to know and asks, I will respond.
