We don't use it while urinating, we use it after to dry off because we cant shake it like men. In my neck of the woods we call it toilet paper btw. I hope I helped!

Really weird question... because we can't "shake it off" like men can. And, it's sanitary. That's what toilet tissue was MADE for.

OK first of all they dont use it when they are urinating they use it after and second of all they dont have a way to shake it off like we do and thirdly why does it even bother you?????

because thousands of other women sit on that same toilet and leave germs and all type of stuff.
some times they might miss and pee on the seat, u never know but public bathrooms are nasty

We don't use it "when" we use it after because 'the hell' we'd have a wet spot in our drawers (or whatever we were wearing) if we didn't.
