It is at the Dianetics site and takes about 10 minutes. What result did you get? Mine come out similar to what people say about me.

well that sounds ok, im glad i did it now! im not into scientology, i find it interesting and all but im not a "believer" or "follower" of it. i just like to see what other things are like and this was interesting so thanks for a good question!

Sorry, can't access. However, the Oxford Capacity Analysis test is a good one. It originated at Oxford University. The full 200 question test is the best. It does isolate the personality quite well but of course would need an expert to help work out what it means for the person, thus the email address request. You continue to get the most funky, weird answers from these questions but well done on confronting them! Another Yahoo question might be: Do you often base your analysis of a religion on a cartoon, a la South Park?

Yeah, I've seen it. And by the way, I very much doubt that you "just found it". You are, after all, a Scientologist. I'm sure you took one years ago, or if not, that you at least heard about it years ago.

Seems like an odd tactic, pretending as though you've just stumbled upon a basic "test" that I'm sure all CoS members took and encourage others to take.

The first characteristic of a cult is it has a leader who claims to have special knowledge. In this case it's L. Ron Hubbard. The second characteristic is their claim that this special knowledge will improve your life. In order to claim this Scientologists must first convince you that your life can be improved upon, and that is where their "Free Personality Test" comes into play. They boast "A test of this kind would normally cost you $500.00 and up" in an obvious attempt to endow their test with authority. The test is also sometimes called the "Oxford Capacity Test," again an attempt to endow their test with authority. Actually the test has nothing to do with the University of Oxford.

Calling it a "test" is a dead giveaway that something is wrong. "Test" implies there are right and wrong answers, and that your "test" will be graded at the end, which is exactly what Scientologists do.

Well...it didn't really tell me anything other than the fact I apparently need to buy a book.

I'm a 3.5 (what ever that means.) What I found intriguing was that I scored a 4 when I answered "hypnosis impossible without drugs." Ummm....

What you have never tried it? You are already a scientogists. You post numerous links to them in your answers. You are a dangerous cult that in Britian as been determined so by the courts who will not let you call your self a religion.

the "sample question" looks like part of a standard personality test...I've seen plenty elsewhere. ...but sorry, it isn't entirely "free" if they "require" my email address to take the quiz! That price is too high in my opinion...I already get enough junk in my inbox...I'm not about to give them the right to contact me with more junk I don't want and don't need!
