Wouldn't that make their god an unreliable liar, who changes his mind at will, and cannot be trusted from one day to the next?

Tuesday he says another...
Changes his mind the third time on Wednesday.
And by Friday, his followers have taken over the job of speaking for him altogether!

Fortunately God, like his Son Jesus Christ, is “the same yesterday, to-day, and forever.”

The truth does not change. What was true 1,800, 4,000, or 6,000 years ago is true today, and what was false in any age of the world is false today. Truth, like God, is eternal and unchangeable.
