At my church, we have a priest who is very popular for confessions for one simple reason: he's partially deaf. (He even said himself that he thinks this is why he's so popular for confessions.) However, we used to have another priest (sadly, he moved to another church a while ago) whom I particularly liked to say my confession to because I often get nervous going to confession and he was always nice and understanding about it.

Fr. Jeffery Gubiotti of Most Holy Trinity Parish. He really knows how to relate to people.

Or that priest I met at a retreat. He was nice, talked to me like a person not some guy forced to sit in a confessional ant hear confessions of hundereds of teens a day, made me feel comfortable, didn't make me think that I was n confession, AND even recomended books for me to read. NOw what was his name again?

I don't go to a priest for confession. I talk to my Heavenly Father.

There is a local priest who is very open-minded, understanding, and easy to talk to. I usually go to him, although I'm actually a member of a different parish than his.
