If you are 4'11" and 90lb, you shouldn't lose any. If you are 4'1" and 190lb, you should lose around 100lb. And if you are 4'0" 1190lb, you shouldn't be alive. Sorry but I am having trouble with understanding what you wrote.

Your current weight is healthly and lower than 60% of girls your age. A weight of 83lb is also in the healthy range, but lower than 80% of girls your age.

You do not need to lose weight. If you think you do, you may have a body dismorphic disorder and be at risk of developing anorexia or other eating disorders.

If you still want to lose weight, please talk to your doctor and a dietician for advice on how to learn to like your body the way it is and avoid eating disorders.

When I was 13, I was 5'5 and 115 pounds, and my doctor said that I was average and perfect size [that i dont need to lose weight] you sound kinda underweight. 7 pounds is absolutely rediculous to lose weight for your age, height and weight.

YOu shouldn't lose any weight. 90 pounds is almost nothing. If you lose any weight, you will end up getting sick and looking like a skeleton. There is nothing pretty about a skeleton.
