This guy is bothering you precisely because he suspects you won't make a scene, which means he can get away with it. It's time to show him just how wrong he is. Make a record of how long the problem's been going on and take it to your boss or HR. You might also want to ask some trusted coworkers for support: my guess is you're not the only one he's ever bothered, and they can help you make sure you're never left alone with him.
If he does catch you again before you're able to do all this, don't be afraid to stand up for yourself: tell him no, scream, slap him if you have to. Remember, he's the one being unprofessional; you're just acting in self-defense.

Well, if you've already dropped "hints" and he hasn't stopped then you need to actually tell him if you haven't already. Just say,"Look I know you're into me but I don't feel that way about you. So please stop touching me." If he still doesn't stop then you should press charges? I don't know how he's touching you though so maybe pressing charges is too drastic, lol. You could get a restraining order? Maybe. But I do think he will stop if you tell him to, if not he's a weirdo! LOL.

I seiously wouldn't worry about making a scene if some nasty guy at work wont leave u alone. Just be forcefull. Next time he touches u say ,"Seriously would u stop that!" and dont smile or anything and just walk away. Thats NOT cool for him to do that and u could get him fired for it.

Simply address him by his name, lets call him Todd. So you would say to him,"Todd, Im sorry but I am very uncomfortable with people invading my personal space. Its not you, its me. I guess I am just kind of weird and need to have my own space. Maybe its because I didnt have it growing up (or something like this).". Saying his name while speaking to him will make sure you have his attention. Then by explaining to him that its you and not him will allow him to not feel attacked. People feel attacked for the simplest things, even when they are not being attacked, but if you can get through to him without him feeling attacked chances are he will be much more receptive to you and less likely to become defensive. Which if he does then you can simply notice and ask him why he feels the need to be defensive. GOOD LUCK!!

maximum adult men relatively do no longer care. those it bothers have many reason no longer one in each and every of them good adequate to excuse their sexist attitudes. confident adult men fairly some females suck to be around and are lazy and obnoxious-- yet fairly some adult men are too. woman sexual harassment is plenty extra effortless than you think of and those "whiny" are maximum probable no longer making it up. i do no longer artwork in an workplace now- yet my first activity grow to be cleansing an workplace construction i grow to be sixteen. 40 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous adult men hit on me, slapped my ***, and that i ultimately suggested it whilst somebody stalked me around the construction for numerous weeks. The worst section is that the different adult men did no longer record those pedophile-esque antics (I no longer often look 26 now, at sixteen I appeared 12). So arguably i could desire to assert "working with adult men is sooo undesirable they're all stalker pedos" in accordance with that one adventure with some persons. yet no i be responsive to no longer all adult men are like that.

Tell him kindly but bluntly that if he don't stop touching you that you will report him. If he still don't get the message, tell your supervisor in another room or office. If you do have to go to your supervisor, he will get the message because he will probably get suspended or lose his job.
