If it were me, I would cut out most carbs and eat steamed vegetables and lean meat, grilled, broiled or poached. Veggies and fruits would be enough carb. Exercise too. Also, drink herbal or green tea, or simply water that has been boiled. That can have a very calming effect on the cells.

But I'm not you, and it would probably be better to ask your doctor. This wouldn't be great for everyone. But it's how I lose weight/stay slim.

stay away from sugar, wheat and dairy products. This mean not fast or processed foods, sodas, juices, breads and pasta. Drink water organic decaf Green/ginger tea especially if you feel full. Consume fiber, fruits, and veggies, fish, chicken. The all natural or organic does not contain pesticides, growth hormones, additives, or preservatives which may cause stomach swelling.

Good Luck.

cucumbers and mushrooms are natural diuretics.

i would avoid beans, corn, turkey, cabbage. these things cause gas.

keep the sodium to a minimum.

it doesn't sound like you need or want to actually lose weight.
