Those who seek the truth receve a gift of faith and throrugh faith comes revelation.
Explaining revelation to one that does not have it is sort of like explaining the color blue to one who is color blind.
Revelation will always agree with the word but it is a truth that can not be known with mere flesh but is revealed throrugh spirit.
We do not know God through our wisdom so so it is not calling others ignorant it is simply accepting the truth that God gives.

well you see here is the thing.
How do you know the air is real?
well you can feel it, you can see the effects it has on things like when the trees move, and you can also feel it's power when it's raining or when there is a hurricane.
That is the same with Christians - we don't need no one to proof that God is real for we can feel his presences, his power and see his glory.
There for since we know that God is real, then we know that His Word is real and that it speaks the truth.
That is why it is very hard to kill Christianity for people everyday get healed from deadly sicknesses that don't have cure - people get freed form demons that control them and not just that wen you see al the evil in the world and know that it is proof that God is real.
For what about all the people that worship the devil?
What about witchcraft - and people that get posses by demons or people that see ghost (which are demons).
you see a lto of these things you can't proof that are not real for you see them in every corner.
one last thing the truth that Christians talk about is the truth of live - the way we should live and the way we should do business, but it doesn't stop you from duing business, being with you family or sharing a special moment with your love one. It is the sin that is bad.

The truth is very clear and simple, you just do not wish to believe it. but that does not change the nature of the truth, if it did then it would not be truth. You see truth according to the world, changes from season to season, according to the mood of the people at that time, But the truth is the same today, tomorrow and forever. Jesus said , I am the way the Truth and the Light. That is something you can bank on.

well there is proof that the bible is true for one thing if you look at events that happen you will find the events in non-biblical accounts and there is other evidence
other religions can not say the same things
also we want other people to know the truth and to be saved so we try and spread the word of god

Truth is relative in this case.
Everyone is so sure they have the truth. I do admit that Christianity has that nice little clause of saying if you don't believe in thier truth, well that doesn't mean you might be right, it just means you worship the devil.

It's a truth that is open to all who earnestly desire to know God.
He made His truth clear in the scriptures and His Son Jesus.

It is like anything in life that is an inner feeling. Something that you cannot completely explain it is an inner peace, feeling, understanding. I could say it is a bit like love. When you are in love you can not find anything to back it up it is just something you feel within and only you know what it is like for you.

David Koresh heard the word of God and built a compound in Waco and collected firerms and the ATF killed him and most of his followers. You don't see a lot of Christians backing him, though.
