immmediate immigrating is an oxymoron because there is a beaurocratic process, which can take years, maybe decades for a person to be approved for immigration, unless they have something special to offer.
Like if you got perfect "A" grades in all subjects in secondary school, and some university has a full scholarship for you, and they are going to do some of the paperwork at their end.
or if your family has a few billion dollars they do not need that they ware willing to donate to the favorite charities of some top officials of USA or Canada ... that's how a lot of people got out of Hong Kong before the People's Republic took over there.
or if you are the one who turned in bin Laden so that he could be apprehended by coalition forces, and the US government knows you are the one who turned him in.

This is no such thing as "immediate" immigrating unless you come here illegally and the law enforcement is just starting to gain momentum against illegal immigration.

Please go to Canada if you have to go somewhere. New Zealand is also nice. How about somewhere in Europe? Please don't come to the U.S.
We're full. No Vacancy.
