That's going to depend on the denomination you're talking about. For example, a non-Catholic couple wouldn't be allowed to be married in a Catholic church, payment or none. I have rarely heard of churches that only allow their members to get married in the church, but I do know plenty of churches who have higher fees for non-members. (The idea is to discourage the idea that the church is just a prop for a wedding.)

I guess one of them would have to be a Christian in order to get married in a church. All churches require a "donation" to perform the wedding ceremony.

You can be obviously pregnant and still get married in a church in England, as my cousin did. Actually, to be accurate, she arranged the wedding whilst heavily pregnant and had it after having the baby.

In the UK it's anyone, unless the Priest objects for whatever reason.
