First it is a cool song:

Now I don't hardly know her
But I think I could love her
Crimson and clover

Ah
Well if she come walkin' over
Now I been waitin' to show her
Crimson and clover
Over and over

Yeah
My mind's such a sweet thing
I wanna do everything
What a beautiful feeling
Crimson and clover
Over and over

Crimson and clover, over and over

Joan Jett made it sound cool but it was written by Tommy James and the Shondells.

Now if you meditate upon the spirtual aspect of this song, what sort of ideas pop into your head?

(I had to make the question agreeable for the R&S nazi's who report your question if it does not apply to R&S)

I don't know, but if I just meditate on the part that says, "Crimson and Clover, over and over..", and I imagine that as sort of a soft chant in the background, the crimson makes me think of the Blood of Christ and the clover, since it's 3-sided, makes me think of the Trinity.

Crimson relates to me, the spilling of Christ's blood for us.
The clover can represent to me the goodness and pleasure of having Christ's love in us.
Even though, I believe that his scent is much like the scent of Cassia. Christ smells like myrrrh, aloe and cassia. See Psalm 45.
and myrrh (Cassia smells like cinnamon).
