I used to always listen to my heart because relationships and sex made my heart feel so good. Unfortunately I've been burned badly a few times, and now I listen to my head. It's not always easy but I have to take care of myself.

I love a guy with my heart but not with my head, I hate a guy with my head but not my heart, dating comes from the soul not the head hatred comes into thoughts through the head, listen to your heart if you ♥ or like him, use your head to think why you would hate or dislike.

Always the heart. The head can tell you all the right things, the politically correct things. But somehow you still find yourself following your heart. Its the only thing that moves you in the end. Resist it with a decision, and you'll never sleep right again. Rock on.

I listen to both, but my head is typically the one to follow.

I'm an optimistic realist, and I realize the heart can be fooled much easier than the head.

I tend to be logical so I listen to my head and rely on my gut instinct. I am a generally a good judge. I have never been overly emotional so my heart does play a roll, but the smaller roll.

Both. Listening to just your brain disregards your emotions, the very thing that makes you human. Life becomes pale and uninteresting. Listening to just your heart makes you make very stupid decisions. Only by balancing the two can you actually handle life as a whole.

At times I have listern to my heart and found it to be rewarding
because of the emotions that i am feeling at that time.
How ever when I play it over in my head what I want and what this person wants we have to be on the same path If not than one of us will get hurt. I dont like pain so I try very hard not to cause myself any emotional or physical pain.
best of luck
