Depends, some days i have 1 cup or 2 of grapes, or a green apple, or some watermelon. I only eat fruit maybe 3 or 4 times a week & not a whole lot. I should be eating more but i get tired of fruit. :)

usually eat fruit about 4 or 5 times a day. i have a lot of fruit allergies so have to stick to the same ones unfortunately.

Our figs are ripe on the trees at the moment, and I can't stop eating them, but normally for breakfast, banana, plum, peach and kiwi fruit plus of course figs. In spain you eat whatever is in season, as they grow all their own fruit and do not import any

generally about 6 to 8 pieces. eaten .. but i make fruit smoothie which is kept in fridge to drink whenever.

I might have a slice of lemon in my G&T at a pinch or if I'm really pushing the boat out, a slice of lime in my Corona. Don't really like fruit though luv veg.

A lot, but not enough. Probably 4 to 6 a day.
I grind my own wheat and bake my own bread too. Try pureeing your fruit in a blender and spread it on your fresh home baked whole wheat or whole grain bread....
