I am trying to make a floor length skirt for my little sister to wear in my wedding. However I can't find measurements or patterns. She lives too far away to measure her. Anybody know the waist and length for a 4t floor length skirt?

It all depends on the child's height. I would ask her mother to measure how tall she is. Then I would recommend making it a bit longer, then sending it to your mom, for your sister to try on. Then have your mom put safety pins in it, to the right length, so you can make the correct length.

That way, if you mess up, you won't have to make it again.

definitely ask your mom to measure her.....

but if you are going to make a little girl wear a floor-length skirt, i would hope that you are going to put something underneath it to hold it out? all i can see is a toddler walking down the isle and tripping over her floor-length dress......

You need to ask your mom to take the correct measurements.Because just saying my little sister is 4 t does not mean much. All 4 t clothes are different.Osh Gosh runs huge. Some run small......I have 3 yr granddaughter and shes 42 pounds and 4th does by no means fit her.
Be safe ask mom to measure her exactly.wasite of your time and effort and money to guess!!!
