And if it's a choice, does that make everyone bi-sexual by default?

Oops wrong place is right...and what a place to choose to post a question like that. I'm sure the Armageddon army are out in forces already getting a sweat up to have you banned for eternity..perhaps longer. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw the question here..perhaps these people need the cobwebs shaken a bit. I admire your courage.

I'm thinking it was at conception. And while I do believe some people are shaped towards homosexuality.. as I've seen it happen due to life experiences... I have also seen many people who have had no choice in the matter.. in fact.. many of them would have been straight if they could have been... it was just who they were... these people were undoubtedly born this way. Why does nature bring us this variation? I have no answer.. just theories... but it seems blatantly obvious that some times it does.

At about age 4, when I bopped little Bobby over the head with my tin tea pot! He was not paying enough attention to me. It was then that I had made the conscious decision to give up little girls ( ha ha) for little boys. For that reason, perhaps, many of the male persuasion have evaded me ever since, except for my sons. However cats seem to love me, as do dogs. Of course we don't have sex so am not sure what that makes me, except maybe a "PET-o-phile", heh heh!

You realise you can delete a question right?
Unless R&S has something to do with it? If you asked what it means to be gay here, alot of people will gloat about you burning in hell.
I won't though since I'm an atheist. Interesting though. Would atheists be homophobic since a big part of being homophobic is religion.

I never really did.
I'll have to admit I have "homosexual" urges(I despise them and hate them. ) at times that I really don't "choose" to have, along with my "straight" ones.
I have promised my life to a wonderful man, however, and I love him very much. It overpowers the lust. :P

I don't choose to breathe. I was born to breathe. Some people, however do make the decision not to breathe.
I didn't choose to be a man. I was born a man. Some people who were born men, however, choose not to be a man.

John you do not think in those aspects you see Mom Dad they teach you morally to do right and how to be a proper male or female you go through puberty and have raging hormones you
you develop friends and start to look at the oppsite sex as someone who you can bond with in a way that can turn romantic lead to love although when young it's lust and you think eventually about a Future creating children and realitives and a history a geneaolgy for your namesake and live right and make society a decent moral place for future generations
