Weaver would batter him nicely. Weaver wasn't a bad fighter once he realized he was better than his club-fighter record inidicated. He had his Buster Douglas upset moment against Larry Holmes, but the Easton Assassin gutted out a brilliant win. Came very close to shocking Larry Holmes.

There was nothing more fun that watching Leon take a beatdown. Weaver 15 round easy decision.

Mike Hercule Weaver will knock out Leon Spinks like he did against Big John Tate.

Mike Weaver wins a clear unanimous decision and lumps up Spink's face in the process. Weaver could really bang and Spinks had a lot of trouble against opponents who could pressure him and who could really hit.

I think Leon would be the busier fighter and land more punches against Weaver who could be lethargic. I give the nod to Spinks by decision in this one.

hard to say, to me they were both sorry! they did not train hard and had limited skills, that fight could go either way but i'll take a chance on leon entering the ring drunk, high and half trained and get ko'd by a worn out mike weaver..weaver in 3.
