1-2 lbs would be a safe amount. That way you lose fat and not muscle or fluids. Your body can only lose about 1-2 lbs a week of unhealthy fat. You lose more than that and you are losing muscle and fluids. This you don't want. How to lose a lb? One lb is 3500 calories, so you would need to cut out that many calories a week by what you eat and what you burn in energy. 500 calories per day x 7 days = 3500 cal or one lb. You may need to skip a meal or just eat one meal lightly to do this.
Now, what is more important than your weight is your lean body mass and fat %. Lifting weights will increase your lean body mass by adding muscle. Adding muscle will increase your weight, but in this case it is a good thing! You want some muscle, plus more muscle means more active tissue to burn calories. This means you will store less fat. Also, lean muscle looks good so adding it is astheitcally pleasing as long as you don't over do it. Now, if you are a female, you are not going to look "bulked up" Women/girls tend to develop long lean muscles.

In eight days it wouldn't be healthy to lose more than 4 or 5 pounds. When you start dieting you might lose 5 pounds the first week (this will be mostly water weight) and then after that to be healthy you should only lose 1-2 pounds per week.

You cant, you may only drop some water weight, but you cant just decide you will lose fat in a matter of days. It takes a commitment of excercise and diet for weeks and weeks. Even with excercise and diet look to lose around 2 lbs a week
