Well these symptoms could mean a lot of things. If you have frequent mood swings you could be suffering from Bipolar disorder. Over-thinking and analyzing could be a combination of things. You could have OCD, (obsessive compulsive disorder) anxiety, or depression. I think you should investigate these diseases and search for their symptoms. If you find that you have one or more of these diseases you should consult a physician to see what treatment is available to you. You sound like a Virgo :-)) . . .also over thinking and analyzing goes along with depression and anxiety. Fear of making a decision. Visit a psychologists who is trained in testing and take a test to see if this is the cause. If it is then try counseling or in combination with medication.

That's me too :( Sometimes I think too much about a problem that I can't solve and it drives me crazy. I think we need to walk away, take a breather and come back to rethink it over. You're not alone sweetie.

Anxiety can lead to overthinking etc... You need an outlet to burn off that excess energy, try exercising or playing sports, something that will get you moving. Good luck

This isn't intended to sound mean, but your probably just not doing enough wth youself...I had the exact same problem and it was making me miserable, but you will find that when you get yourself more occupied with activites, you will have other things to think about and you will be so much happier...

Excess thinking is a reaction to what you reject and resist that is happening now.
It could be you're not accepting of where you are, or how your life is, etc.
So let it be, whatever it is.

That solves a lot.

Omg thats what i used to be like. Its not you, and you can change so don't think you are doomed to be like this forever. I think you are just depressed. Go and chat to your GP and find out what's going on and how you can go about treating it.
