The Bible is quite clear that homosexuality is a sin. Unlike the no-longer binding dietary regulations another poster refers to, God's pronouncements about the immorality of homosexual conduct is timeless and is repeated in the New Testament.
“Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)
“For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.” (Romans 1:26-27)
It is not judgmental to know the difference between right and wrong and say so. Those who say it is wrong to say things are wrong are contradicting themselves and "judging" people for "judging." The world will always dislike our agreement with God's standards. Believers must realize that the kingdom of God is countercultural to this fallen world. Being light in the darkness necessarily involves being different and consequently disliked. We can never cater to worldly preferences in order to be liked. Being liked by the world is a sign of backsliding.

"If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest exposition every portion of the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at that moment attacking, I am not confessing Christ however boldly I may be professing Christ. Where the battle rages, there the loyalty of the of the soldier is proved, and to be steady on all the battle front besides is merely flight and disgrace if he flinches at that point.

Homosexuals themselves do not look at their lifestyle as that of sin. They do not realize that God has made them male or female and did not give them desires to be a female when they have the body of a male or visa versa, but it is the spirit of Satan that wants them to "think" otherwise, covering up the fact that what they are doing is that of sin and will be judged. God in fact, loves the people unconditionally and wants them to know that they have themselves fallen prey to demonic evil spirits and as these demons are defiled before God, these demons have defiles those who are in homosexuality and they without Christ cannot enter the place where God dwells. This is why they must come to Christ for deliverance and to be set free from the demons that have them bound..I have seen certain so-called Christians that want to say God hates gays and so on but they too are in need of deliverance..The Bible plainly states of those who will not enter into His Kingdom and the unbelievers along with those who are defiled must be cleansed by Christ Jesus..

Dear scotty,
You are correct-homosexuality is a sin. It is NOT a lifestyle or a preference. It is a sin against one's own body and against the commandments of God. And when christians say this, they are not judging people, but warning them that they are going the wrong way. I appreciate people who warn me before I go down a road that has a "DEAD" end.

Homosexuality is a sin the same as any other sin.
I do not point out a man's sin but that we all have sinned and are in need of the atonement God provides us.

It doesn't. But it is not your place to point out the sins of others. He who casts the first stone...

The bible also says we should not eat shellfish, and we should not wear garments of two different types of fabric. It also says we should stone disobedient children, as well.
Why do you only pick one thing to point out to people, if the bible is to be upheld in its entirety (Not that this atheist thinks it's a good book to base your life on)?
