K.. all u gotta remember is that guys are people to. Talk about regular day-to-day stuff like weather, school, work or whatever. If the guy just gives one word answers or makes no attempt to carry a conversation.. he might not be interested. Ask the guy what he does for fun, what his fav. TV show is, and regular stuff. Conversation shouldnt be a chore and dont try to prolong it. Once the convo starts falling apart, say u gott take off and that u'l talk to him later and u can then think of other things to talk about.

sense of humor, sincerity, caring (at least enough to be truthful and say "drive carefully), smiles, reliability, truthfullness, honesty, devotion, respect, politeness,
willingness, easy going. What to talk about, is another matter. I suggest taking churns, at starting conversations. A few possible subjecsts are the weather, how to do something (maybe you have something you need help, doing), hopes and dreams. Open your thought to possible topics, including questions. You'll do fine, if you do.

Main things are humour, common sense and a personality.
Obviously a girl has to have some looks the more the better but humour and personality has to come first for me.
I tend to prefer brunettes.

I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth
