Dont get braces get Invisalign, ts the best thing in the world! I get a new set every 2 weeks, got into the orthodontist so he can check my teeth every month and just gives me 2 more pairs. Its only for 50 weeks! The first day or so u feel some pressure but thats it. Ppl tell me braces kil! Braces, if u have sensitive teeth, like me, can cause permanent marks on ur teeth, invisalign doesnt. Braces u cant eat what ever u want, invisalign u just pop on and off. Braces hurt to get tightened, not invisalign. Everyone with braces always say the wires scratch them and they bleed, not invisalign. Invisalign u cant see, noone knows i have them till i tell them. Someoen told me they were invisable to others but i didnt believ it until i got it. Braces look ugly these dont. My guy told me that braces could take at least 2 yrs. Invisalign 50 weeks, and not lookign ugly! Also I have TMJ with means i guess i grind my teeth and my jaw snaps when i open mouth, and invisalign helps that problem, braces dont. If not for invisalign i would need a night gaurd which costs $500, and if i get braces my teeth shift so i would need at least 2 or 3 and invisalign is only a grand more (i think it was 5,000 as opposed to $4000 with barces). Wow, i should like make a commercial for them or something!

Invisalign is another tool that dentist/orthodontist use. Like any other orthodontic appliance, it too has limitations. Its not a great appliance to correct extreme malocclusion . Malocclusion is the way your upper and lower Jaw relate to each other. It can help improving the esthetics of your teeth, but you won't be able to get to normal occlusion with invislaign ALONE. Its a great tool to use in the right cases, but its never a replacement to braces.
Visit your dentist as no one can suggest you better then him.

Do you have braces now? If you do, than it would be a waste of your money to get them removed and then invisilgn. Braces shouldnt hurt your gums since the wires and brackets are only on your teeth. I would go back to your orthodontist to make sure everthing is ok, and that nothing is poking into your gums that shouldnt.

i would say if u have really cooked teeth and they hurt ( like me ) then i would say to get braces. But if there ok but u just need a little fix or something then i would consider getting invisilgn. my sis didn't want braces so she's getting invisilgn soon yeah.thats my opinion

heyy, i have braces right now...a full motuh, lol, there not that greay, but my friend got invisilign and it seemed like those hurt her more than mine did, cause you have to take them out and put them back in, its super annoying specialy when your eating and you constantly have to brush your teeth, yes regular braces hurt my teeth too, they made my gums puff up and sometimes bleed, but i think regular braces would be better. =]

That all depends on your case. Invisalign works for minor and intermediate cases. But it will work.

It all depends on how severly spaced your teeth are, too much will not qualify you for them.
